In Bermuda, insurance products are issued by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Bermuda Branch), a branch of a Canadian-domiciled company incorporated under the laws of Canada.

In Hong Kong, insurance products are underwritten by Manulife (International) Limited (A subsidiary of Manulife Financial Corporation).  Manulife Hong Kong products are available for sale only through insurance intermediaries that are appropriately licensed by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority.

In Singapore, insurance products are underwritten by Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (Reg. No. 198002116D).

In Dubai, Manulife Middle East Limited, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under FRN F010593, provides advisory and arranging services on Long Term Insurance products through its division, Manulife Advisory. Takaful products are underwritten and issued by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Bermuda Branch), not regulated by the DFSA, and are available only to Professional Clients (as defined by the DFSA).
